Kanshi Guardian

Terms of Use

Interim — beta · Effective 14 September 2026 · Last updated 14 September 2026

These are interim terms. Kanshi Guardian is in beta, and these terms are subject to change before public launch. Our commitment is to adhere to what is written here for as long as it stands, and to announce any change at least 30 days before it takes effect — so you can decide whether the change is acceptable to you before it applies. Announcements appear in the app.

The short version

Kanshi Guardian tells you what public security sources say about an address, a contract, a link or a signing request. It reports signals. It does not make accusations about people, it does not prove fraud, and it cannot stop a transaction.

We never hold your keys. We cannot move, block or recover your funds. We keep no readable copy of your email or wallet address, and we do not sell your information. The Guardian Vault is not live on mainnet. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

If you use Kanshi, you accept these terms.

1. Accepting these terms

You accept these terms by creating an account or using the service. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Kanshi Guardian is operated by Kanshi Guardian Tech, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing ID 2026-002067139), 30 N Gould St, Suite 66234, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

2. What Kanshi is, and what it is not

What it is. Software that checks addresses, contracts, links, messages and signing requests against public security sources and our own blocklist, and reports what it finds in plain language.

What it is not:

A word on what a flag means for a third party. Kanshi reports what sources say. If you act on a flag, that is your decision. If you republish or repeat a flag as an allegation about an identified person or business, that is your statement and not ours, and you are responsible for it.

3. Beta status

Kanshi Guardian is in beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We make no commitment as to uptime, availability, or support response times during beta.

Guardian Vault and its on-chain features are not deployed to mainnet. They are available on testnet only. Test with testnet tokens obtained from a faucet. Do not use real funds.

4. Your keys, your wallet, your transactions

Kanshi is non-custodial. At no point do we request, receive, hold or control your private keys, seed phrases or assets.

The security tools require no wallet connection at all.

Where a feature does read your wallet — approval management, Guardian Vault — every transaction is constructed for you but signed and broadcast by you, in your own wallet. You are solely responsible for what you sign.

We will never ask you for a seed phrase. Anyone doing so is impersonating us.

5. AI analysis is probabilistic

Several tools use AI models to explain contracts, messages and signing requests. AI output is probabilistic, not deterministic. It can be wrong, it can miss things, and it can describe something incorrectly.

Treat AI explanations as one input to your own judgement, and verify anything that matters at the sources we link.

6. Provided as is

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that Kanshi will identify or flag every malicious actor, phishing site, drainer contract, exploit, protocol failure or scam. No security tool can, and any product claiming otherwise is overstating.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanshi Guardian Tech, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of digital assets, profits, data or goodwill, arising from:

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. The victim aid fund

It is not insurance. Subscribing to Kanshi does not create an insurance policy, a guarantee, a contractual right to compensation, or any enforceable claim for on-chain losses.

We have committed 85% of future subscription revenue to a victim aid fund.

No fees are currently charged. During beta the service is free, so no subscription revenue is being generated and the fund is not yet accumulating. The commitment applies to revenue once subscriptions begin.

Any grant from the fund is discretionary and subject to verification, forensic review and identity checks. Fund assets are finite and may be exhausted. Eligibility criteria, limits and disbursement timing will be published before the fund begins operating, and are not established by these terms.

9. Beta feedback rewards

During beta you may be offered a reward for submitting feedback. Rewards are discretionary, limited in number and frequency, and may be withdrawn at any time.

A wallet connected to your account is required to receive a reward. We store a keyed one-way value derived from that address, which is how a reward stays attached to you and how we prevent the same person being rewarded twice. If you do not connect a wallet you can use Kanshi normally, but you cannot be paid.

You are responsible for any tax consequences of a reward in your own jurisdiction.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

11. Third-party sites and services

Kanshi links to third-party security sources, block explorers and other services so you can verify our findings yourself. Following those links takes you outside Kanshi.

Once you leave, you are subject to that company's terms and privacy policy, not ours. Kanshi Guardian Tech, LLC does not control those services and accepts no responsibility or liability for their content, their availability, their accuracy, their data practices, or anything that happens to you there.

A link from Kanshi is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a warranty that the destination is safe or correct. If a third-party source is wrong, unavailable, out of date, or has moved, that is outside our control.

The same applies to any wallet, exchange or other service you reach from Kanshi, and to any third-party data our checks rely on.

12. Accounts

Kanshi does not use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, with biometrics, or with an authenticator app, as you choose.

You are responsible for keeping access to the sign-in methods you register, and for activity under your account.

Because we hold no readable copy of your email or wallet address, losing access to every method you registered may make your account unrecoverable. We strongly recommend registering more than one. Support for account issues: support@kanshiguardian.com

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanshi Guardian Tech, LLC from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your republication of Kanshi output as an allegation about an identified party.

14. Changes to these terms

These are interim terms and will change before public launch.

Any change is announced in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the date at the top is updated. Announcements appear in the app rather than by email, because we only ever email you a sign-in code.

Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept it, the 30 days are there for you to close your account first.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Kanshi Guardian Tech, LLC is formed and registered in Wyoming.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you protections that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing in these terms deprives you of those protections, and this clause does not override them.
